-My Junior Recital


Performed all on Friday April 11th, 2008, these recordings are the entirety of my junior recital. With some extra organization and effort, I gathered a group of musicians to play with me, including a ten piece string orchestra, four additional bassoonists, and a narrator.

Originally for solo alto saxophone, I rewrote the part using a transposition trick so I only had to change accidentals.

Finishing the first half the recital, I switch to contrabassoon to help premiere my silly piece.

Arranged by myself for bassoon quintet, the performance went fairly well, but I borked the guitar solo, so expect a better recording sometime.

Closing the program, this 10 movement theme and variations work was performed with the string orchestra as well.
