Use these navigation buttons to take you to different pages within the website. If they blur when you hover over them, they take you to a new page. The title of the page is shown in the picture when it blurs.

Once at a page, you can do what you want, like most of the rest of the internet. Most pages will have a vertical bar of links on the left side, these links will open up content in the center of the screen.
